Do you find work is a pain in the neck?

Increased computer usage has increased the risk of members suffering WRULD (Work Related Upper Limb Disorder) also referred to as RSI.

Additional details

As you discover aches or pains in your arms, wrist, neck or shoulders you should seek prompt medical attention and inform your line manager.

You should use the equipment provided and ensure your work station is correctly adjusted.

If needed, other specialist equipment can also be provided. For assistance please contact your Unison Rep.
