Interim Homeworking - 1 October 2007
Members will be aware that following long negotiations with CSCI management about an interim homeworking policy for inspecting staff affected by office closures, the trade unions were able to secure an element of backdated compensation in the form of a proportion of the annual homeworking allowance, despite stiff initial resistance from the employer. » more
