Decisions have now been made by management to close these offices. Representations were included in all three business cases. Good news is that there is agreement for a testbed for homeworking to be undertaken by two business services staff that currently work from the Hereford office. UNISON will be active in ensuring that this testbed is a meaningful study as the outcome may have implications for other staff in Business Services staff in the region and across the country.
