Inspection methodology

We have arranged a meeting with Quality Performance Management ( QPM ) because members have been unhappy with the methodology , introduced on 1 st April . We are meeting with the Head of QPM to express our concerns about the issues members have raised about how this is working day to day . Some members are unhappy  because they say different things are happening in different regions . Please let us hear your views , so we can take it up with QPM .
