Members are normally allocated to their local county branches. However, we have a full time convenor and a National Forum of regionally elected representaives. Members of the forum have quarterly meetings which are used to inform negotiation with management. The regional reps also hold meetings with their regional management. The members forums are a good place to ensure your voice is heard.
